Closed Extend full moped entitlement to car licences issued Feb 2001 to Jan 2013

People who passed there car test before February 2001 have a full moped entitlement to ride a 50cc without L plates and can carry a pillion passenger without a CBT test I would like this entitlement extended to all licences issued up to February 2013 as that is when motorcycle test laws changed.

This would allow many people wishing to use mopeds for social, domestic, pleasure and commuting to save money by not having to do a CBT test every 2 years to ride a 50 cc moped.
