Closed petition Fund routine breast screenings from age 40

I would like the age of breast screening to be lowered to 40. Sadly, many young people go untested and are diagnosed too late. I lost my own mother at 55, after being diagnosed at 43, yet I'm not eligible for early testing.

Too many young people under the age of 50 are going untested and subsequently being diagnosed at too late a stage to receive the medical treatment they need to have a better survival rate.
