Closed Make parking in a disabled bay on private land without a Blue Badge illegal.

Unlike on-street Blue Badge parking bays it is not a criminal offence to use disabled parking bays on private land without a valid Blue Badge. The law needs to be changed

I have had to battle to get my blue badge and the amount of supermarkets and private parking companies that dont give a monkeys about the bays being abused I have and heard of numerous people either having to park further away and struggle or drive off and find somewhere else to park
