Closed Exempt fully vaccinated transiting through UK from managed quarantine

Exempt fully vaccinated passengers from red list countries with connecting flights / transiting in UK, from requirements to go into managed quarantine. These people can instead home quarantine in the country of their final destination.

Many expats and foreign nationals who have families in red list countries can't visit them because of the very high cost of hotel quarantine in UK. Some of those affected are those who are fully vaccinated with only with connecting flights/transiting in UK. Asking the Government exempt those fully vaccinated that will only be transiting in mainland UK from requirements to go into managed quarantine.
