Rejected petition Cancel the LGV/HGV CPC TEST

The CPC test should be removed for LGV/HGV Drivers whose have 10/15 years experience, i am retired but hold a LGV1 with forty yrs experience, if the CPC was removed i could return to work and come off benefits, but on a pension i can't afford to pay for the CPC.
