Closed Fund and require all railway crossings to have CCTV cameras

All railway crossings should have CCTV Cameras because the danger and unsafe nature of railway crossings is far too dangerous in the modern world and with not enough education to provide enough awareness something must be done.

To prevent dangerous or suspicious activity
To prevent accidents and misuse of property
To prevent Suicides

Having CCTV Cameras could reduce these significantly especially where getting help is minimal due to other circumstances.
