Closed Make backseat airbags a legal requirement in new cars.

The law should make it a legal requirement for manufacturers to have backseat airbags in vehicles.

My only son Kyle Khan, 26, and his wife were both killed in an accident on 13/12/20. Both were backseat passengers with seatbelts on.
Their deaths could have been avoided .

There is no legal requirement for manufacturers to include airbags, including in the backseats. Any life in the vehicle should be of equal protection from death or serious injury.
