Capita the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Assessments provide be award a financial penalty for each of the following:

1. Fail to achieve an assessment within their scheduled 25-32 days after the claim has been received.
2. When an assessor fails to attend the initial and any appointments thereafter.
3. When a claim takes longer than 45 calendar days from assessment to presenting to DWP for final award.
4. Where an appeal is registered and the findings identify that the assessment failed to apply the following Government statement “How the condition affects claimant, not the condition itself”.
