The Government should enact Part 3 of The Digital Economy Act. This legislation will allow the regulator to take action against websites which show "extreme" violent and abusive pornography (that normalises violence against women).
The Act allows for a regulator to block access to extreme pornographic material in the UK, but has never been brought into force.
