Double vaccinated individuals under UK Govt vaccination programme are exempt from quarantine after returning to UK from countries which are not on the red list. It includes individuals who have received Astra zeneca vaccine produced in India.

Astra zeneca vaccine developed in UK has been licenced for production in India. India made vaccine has been used in UK Gov vaccination programme.
Having uniform guidelines for people of both countries will facilitate travel and reduce inconvenience of individuals who are double vaccinated.
