I would like the government to recover monies paid for PPE where profiteering has been rampant and contracts awarded without scrutiny

So much of the huge cost of Covid has been hidden from the public and contracts do not seem to have returned value for money. Where this has happened a windfall tax would be an appropriate way to ensure justice is done and the public purse has not been abused
