Scrap the HGV theory test for those who already hold a PCV licence as a theory test is universal, all road signs are the same all over the UK

Because a theory test is universal all signs are the same no matter where you go in the UK and I believe people who already hold a full PCV licence and have the experience on the roads. Coach length and height is similar to class 2. The bridges and weight limits are the same in most places as for HGV. The theory test for experienced PCV drivers should be scraped so we can have more HGV drivers for the shortage.
