To remove Ecuador from the red travel list or change the quarantine hotel for a quarantine at home which will allowed to safe some money for family that wanted to visit their relatives that couldn’t see for long time

I would like Ecuador to come out of the red travel list since there doesn’t seem to be a massive covid infection. There is a lot of people who are getting stressed and having a lot emotional meltdowns because of missing their relatives. My mom is one of those persons who is been affected very badly emotionally because of her missing her grand daughter. So I won’t like anyone to go through it..
