Closed petition Fund and implement independent psychoanalytical testing for all police

Testing should be revamped and implemented during the hiring process AND on an ongoing, annual basis for every serving member. It should screen for: Prejudice & Discrimination, Cultural bias, In-group bias, Integrity, Impulse control, Emotional intelligence, Attitude toward sexuality & more.

More details

In the past 5 years, there have been over 150,000 complaints filed against police in England and Wales. 641 officers may have so seriously breached standards that they were liable to be sacked. Thoroughly researched, psychoanalytical testing, developed by a diverse, independent body displays accountability and direct action towards the root causes. Thus improving trust in our police force, and preventing future instances of misconduct, which can and has ultimately led to loss of civilian life.
