Rejected petition Fly tipping "sub contractors" for waste carriers

I personally run a disposal business! We do alot for the communities around us all.. we pick up fly tipping and paying from our own pockets

If we was to act sub contractors which get paid for picking up fly tipping we can do alot more the communities!
