Closed petition Take action to make entering the UK illegally extremely unattractive for adults

Adults entering the UK illegally must be arrested, imprisoned, only given basic provisions & rapidly deported to the last country they were in or arrived from.

More details

No legal aid should be afforded them & any appeals should be made from outside the UK.

Britain appears to be a preferred destination for people to enter illegally due to the lack of penalties imposed on them.

We believe this negatively impacts services, communities & the safety of British citizens.

To put the interests of foreign law breakers before those of the British population is not the remit of any government & action to protect Britons is now critical to secure their future wellbeing.
