Closed DO NOT ban the manufacture, import, sale and use of fireworks

Fireworks are a source of entertainment for many in the UK they should not be banned, as requested by a number of campaigns and petitions.

The firework industry is highly regulated in the UK many thousands of people work in the industry and banning fireworks would deprive them of a living. Fireworks are on the whole safe if they are not abused by the few.
