Closed Make spiking by injection a specific criminal offence

We believe current offences used to prosecute people spiking individuals by injection are not adequate, and this should be made a specific criminal offence, with penalties reflecting the premeditate nature of the act, which has the potential to leave the victim defenceless, and endanger their life.

A specific criminal offence with a lengthy minimum jail term should as a deterrent, and help protect people from this heinous crime.
