Closed petition Increase mobility scooter maximum speed limit on roads to 15mph

The current maximum speed for a mobility scooter is 8mph on the road. We believe this is dangerously slow on de-restricted roads and lanes. I would like the Government to bring the maximum speed up to 15mph in line with many European countries.
