We’re waiting for a new Petitions Committee

Petitions had to stop because of the recent general election. Once a new Petitions Committee is set up by the House of Commons, petitions will start again.

Closed petition Require primary schools to have separate male and female changing facilities

Require primary schools to have different changing rooms for male and female students. I want the Government to put in place a requirement so that opposite sexes in primary schools ages 4-11 do not get changed together.

More details

Many children and parents are not comfortable with the opposite sex getting changed in front of one another in schools due to some starting puberty earlier than others. It makes some children feel uncomfortable. They should not have to be made to feel this way in school.
