Petitions had to stop because of the recent general election. Once a new Petitions Committee is set up by the House of Commons, petitions will start again.

Closed petition Require schools to teach about going to prison as part of the curriculum
The Government should require schools to teach students about what is involved in going to prison, and the impact this can have on a person's life. We believe it is better to be educated about this at an early age, so people understand the risks of crimes that could result in jail.

Too many people are doing the wrong thing in life, and everyone needs to be taught about the consequences of this to help improve the world, and hopefully result in fewer crimes, and fewer people in prison.
