Closed petition Inquiry into the effectiveness of the conveyancing process
Closed on
The Government should hold an inquiry into whether the current conveyancing process is fit for purpose in the 21st century.
Moving house is stressful, long winded and costly both emotionally and financially. The current process seems designed to allow solicitors firms no come back in the event of unwarranted delays and is in dire need of improvement to streamline and improve for all parties involved.
