The Government should allow all lower paid social care workers - who earn under £35k per annum - to enter the NHS pension scheme - making it the "NHS&SC scheme".
Encourage people to work in this sector by enabling them to access a secure pension in their chosen employment. It should help boost recruitment in this important sector.
