Rejected petition ReIntroduce the Death Penalty as an option for Murder, akin to whole life tariff

We propose that, as we’ve left the EU & there is now no legal object to the death penalty, that it be introduced - only for the most heinous of crimes - ie capitol murder, child murder, murder of police/emergency services. We know that offenders reoffend after sentences are served - let’s stop that.
