Make a law that prevents any employee from the day they start been treated in an unfair way compared to a colleague due to favouritism currently discrimination only counts if its characterised I want a law to prevent any form of preferential treatment in the workplace been allowed

Put a law in place that would give all employees including them on work probation a chance to claim unfair dismissal if they have been treated unfairly compared to a colleague on grounds of preferential treatment
