Closed Fund annual cervical screening from age 16 or when first sexually active

The Government should provide funding to make annual cervical screening available from 16, or when a person is first sexually active, if younger, as HPV is sexually transmitted. Failing to make screening available to younger people, and at greater frequency, could cost lives.
