Vodafone etc.
sell mobile contracts with the data you require such as unlimited texts or calls. but they don't tell you about the cost for calling abroad, calling from abroad, or photo messages. when the service persons give you the paperwork to sign up they ask you to sign terms and conditions and consumer agreement. what you as a customer don't know is that hidden in the small print it mentions the qualities of the phone that you have to pay for. these hidden costs is what your bill contains at the end of the month. which for an average citizen is surprising and expensive.
