In 2018, the Government stated it would ban the use of electric shock collars for dogs, however since then no legislation has been passed in England and their sale and use continues.
Please enact legislation similar to Wales, so people that use these barbaric methods can be punished. Make the sale of electric shock collars illegal in England.
