End 10 days of quarantine for persons entering the UK from non-red list countries and who present a negative Covid test on entry

Significant European countries such as Germany, France and Greece do not require a quarantine for personal entering their country if they show they have a clear Covid test - lateral flow - we would like the government to end this requirement as it is contrary to what many countries require and recognising the dilution that the virus situation is presenting, it is unreasonable and based on poor evidence that this is required anymore.
