Petition Scrap the two-child limit for Universal Credit and Child Tax Credits

Currently parents do not receive additional Universal Credit or Child Tax Credits for a third or later child, if they were born after 6 April 2017. The Government should lift this cap, as these children also need to be fed and clothed.
