The UK Government should make it a legal requirement for all NHS Staff, Care Staff and Social Care staff to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Staff who refuse to be vaccinated against Covid-19 increase the risk of staff shortages and serious illness due to Covid-19. The risk of Covid-19 is not just to our health but also the UK economy.
