Rejected petition Vote against the future implementation of a social credit system

Stop mandatory laws which is leading to a new social credit system planned for
The future

This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We understand you are concerned about a potential 'social credit' system, however there are currently no 'mandatory laws' being considered by Parliament so voting for or against such laws is not currently possible. In any case, decisions about whether to vote for or against a proposed new law are personal matters for individual MPs, and cannot be determined by petition.

You could have a petition calling on the Government to abandon its plans to pilot an app-based healthy living rewards scheme, if that is something you'd like to see happen.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
