Closed petition Allow Pension withdrawal to use as a mortgage deposit

I humbly ask the Government to consider allowing people of any age to withdraw a % of their total accumulated Pension so they can use it solely towards a deposit for a property for their residence

More details

There is a lot of support for First Time buyers, although for those who have purchased their first property, moving to their 2nd home is difficult, especially with the added pressure of the rising cost of living and expensive stamp duty. By making this change, it ensures that those with a healthy pension pot can support themselves now, instead of waiting for the rising age of pension access to receive their money.
