Closed Lower family court fees

I feel that the price of the family court fees is extortionate and should be lowered to an affordable amount to allow more fathers and mothers to help gain access to their children.

On top of court fees, solicitor fees are also expensive when you work pay rent etc. Some parents in this situation have to work two jobs to help cover court fees and solicitor fees, which can affect people’s mental health and cause them to feel like they want to give up.
