Closed Extend the right to aquire to rural housing association tenants

We want to have the same equal and fair rights of those in towns or cities to be able to buy our housing association homes in the rural areas that currently have an exemption on them.

Reverse the rural exemptions so tenants of housing association homes have the opportunity to buy their homes that they are renting.

Some of us in rural areas are at least 4 miles from the local shop and town. Which people need access a vehicle to live that far out
