Closed petition Make altering property borders without consent a specific criminal offence

The Government must make it a criminal offence if neighbours trespass, encroach & alter a neighbour’s border or property by putting up fences or walls etc. This is similar to the trespass law - Criminal Justice & Public Order Act 1994: https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/trespass-and-nuisance-land

I propose the Government pass a new law to make this a criminal offence under the Criminal Justice & Public Order Act 1994. Aggravated trespassing cause damage to neighbouring properties, obstruction & disruption
