Closed Same-sex couples to use adultery as grounds for divorce

Change the legislation and rights for same-sex married couples. They should be able to use adultery (no matter what sex the person is) as grounds/reason for divorce.

Opposite-sex couples can use adultery as grounds for divorce but same-sex couples cannot. This shows that this legislation is out-of-date and needs to be reformed to fit modern society. Furthermore, this is one example of how same-sex couples do not have equal rights as opposite-sex couples.
