Form a non-government departmental body to govern the industry by maintaining standards, accountability and to protect 1) owners and employees of such companies 2) people who are part of communities associated with those companies and/or make use of developmental products and services.

The Personal Development Industry is entrusted to improve the quality of people’s lives, careers and businesses. Without government-backed regulation, the organisations, professionals and customers of our industry can be left vulnerable to unlawful and criminal abuse, coercion, manipulation and unsubstantiated defamation. The education, healthcare, transport and legal industries all have government-backed regulatory bodies, the Personal Development Industry must be held to the same standards.
