Closed Grant an amnesty for undocumented migrants after 10 years

Ireland has introduced a scheme to recognise long-term undocumented migrants. We believe the UK should take similar action, and give undocumented migrants who have been living in the UK for 10 or more years legal rights to reside in the UK.

Undocumented migrants contribute to the UK's economy, and if they were given legal rights to reside here could contribute more effectively. We believe this is only fair and just.
