Closed Create a written constitution to guarantee the rights for citizen

Codify the written and unwritten rules and the piecemeal laws that govern the UK in a modern written constitution that defines the rights of citizens and relations with the government and the monarchy. It should define the underlying principles of the laws and the governance of the UK.

The United Kingdom is proud of it's long tradition of democracy yet, it's constitution comprises a large collection of written and unwritten rules and ever changing act's of parliament. It can be difficult to know what rights and privileges citizens can expect without involving the courts. We believe a written modern constitution is needed for the UK to continue to stay a modern democracy and should be created.
