It is discriminatory and wholly unfair to only offer the £150 council tax rebate to those in bands A to D, as this rebate is not being means-tested. Given the impact of the pandemic over the last 2 years, the government cannot state that those in bands A to D are more worthy than those in bands E+

Therefore, the rebate should either be offered to everyone. As it stands, it is unfair. Offer it to every household in every band.
