Petition Seize frozen Russian assets and give proceeds to Ukraine to help with rebuilding

Much of Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure has been destroyed during the unprecedented invasion from Russia. Sanctions have frozen the assets of many of those with links to the Russian Government. These assets should be seized and the proceeds given to Ukraine to help with rebuilding.
