Closed Require bus drivers have a 45 minutes break after 4 hours 30 minutes driving

Currently bus drivers must take a 30 minutes break after 5 hours 30 minutes driving, or at least 45 minutes breaks over an 8 hour 30 minute work period.

We want the Government to change this so bus drivers must take a 45 minute break after driving for four hours and 30 minutes.

Fatigue is the enemy of safety. The good health of drivers is allied with the safety of all passengers and road users.
