Roll out a grant for home battery storage systems to help reduce the reliance on foreign energy supplies such as gas from Russia, by enabling households to store electricity generated renewably, including domestic solar generation.

This could also reduce C02 output helping towards Government C02 targets.

Our reliance on foreign fuels such as gas and oil, has been driving up household energy costs and this will become more of an issue with the current war in Ukraine, and deteriorating relations with Russia.
