Closed Extend Ukraine Family Scheme to all Ukrainians on UK work and student visas

The Government should extend eligibility for the Ukraine Family Scheme to allow Ukrainians to join their family members who are in the UK on any work or study visa.

Under the current Ukraine Family Scheme only British nationals, those settled in the UK, EU nationals and refugees are allowed to bring family members to the UK. This prevents Ukrainians already in the UK on work and student visas from moving their family members to the UK.

Many Ukrainians in the UK on work and student visas are UK tax payers and could provide for relocated family members taking most of this burden away from the UK Government.
