Change the child law for criminal responsibility so the age of criminal responsibility is reduce from 10 to 7. Children know what is right and wrong from as young as 7.
There have been cases where children as young as 7 have been involved in attacks towards others, some using weapons. We believe children need to be accountable for their actions.
