Spouse Visas should be:
1. Free
2. Available to apply for within the UK
3. Not subject to financial requirements
4. Processed within 60 working days.

The current Spouse Visa application process is separating families, causing financial burdens and creating uncertainty. This is adversely affecting a lot of UK citizens, both emotionally and financially. Having a family is a human right, not a privilege.

Prior to Brexit, EU citizens were able to move to the UK to reside with their spouse without having to pay any fees, apply outside of the UK or meet any financial requirement.
