Extend the help to buy scheme for new builds and first time buyers after March 2023 to still give people a chance to get on to the property ladder.

To give people a chance to get onto the property ladder by having help to buy and 5% deposit for longer. Too many first-time buyers are struggling to get a full deposit for a house, and this is particularly difficult for those wanting to start a family. This would help more families and first time buyers if it was extended.
