Reduce vehicle tax on petrol cars that are suitable to use E10 fuel in proportion to the reduction of CO2 emissions from using the new fuel

The amount payable for car tax is based on CO2 emissions and the cost has not been reduced in line with the CO2 emissions reduction from using E10 fuel
