Rejected petition Reverse the recent energy price increase and create a cap on energy bills.

This needs to be brought to parliament’s attention and given thorough and fair discussion and leading to swift action. It’s simply driving more people in to poverty.

The general public are deeply concerned and afraid about these new increases. Not least of all the most vulnerable in our communities. The rising cost of living is affecting everyone adversely and needs to be addressed immediately with compassion and understanding. People simply cannot afford it.
